I Don't Want to Receive Any Newsletters, What Do I Do?

Simply go to the last email you have received from us, scroll to the bottom and click on “Unsubscribe”. Ensure you follow the entire process until you receive the message that you have successfully unsubscribed.

Do I Need to Register Before Making a Purchase at BAXIN

No, you can follow the checkout process as a guest. You are however advised to register as this will make your future checkout process quicker and enable you to review your order history.

Order Process

How Do I Place an Order ?

  • Click on the item that you would like to purchase.
  • Check the quantity and then click “ADD TO CART”.
  • Click on the bag icon at the top right on the page.
  • Check your cart and then click “PROCEED CHECKOUT”.
  • Fill in all customer information and shipping address.
  • Select your payment method and click “PLACE ORDER”.
  • Your order summary will then be displayed and you will receive an email confirmation of your order.
  • Please confirm stock availability before making a purchase. All orders are shipped directly from the supplier and no stock are held on premises.

Is My Card Details Safe ?

Yes, all payments are made securely through Stripe and PayPal.

Why Is My Order Stating "Payment Pending" Or "On Hold" ?

It may take up to 48 hours for us to allocate the funds to your order. If the status hasn’t been changed after 48 Hours we suggest you contact us as we might not be able to allocate the payment due to the reference that was used.

Why Is My Order Stating "Processing"?

It means your order has not yet left our warehouse. Once the status changes to Completed it has left our warehouse.

What Delivery Methods Are Offered?

All orders will be delivered directly via FedEx Ground or USPS to United States and for European union we will ship from our European fulfillment center from European Railway Direct Mail. Other international countries we will ship from our China fulfillment center with last mile tracking.

What Are the Delivery Fees ?

Free offer free shipping to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia  and European Union and for other International countries delivery fees will be calculated at checkout.

How Long Does Delivery Take ?

All items sold at baxin.com are guaranteed to be delivered in 15-45 days and all orders shipped from the United States, Europe and Australia warehouse are guaranteed to be delivered within 7-28 days.

99.9% of all items we sell are available to ship within 24-48 hours.

This time frame is only an estimate based on the majority of orders. Most orders will arrive sooner, and on average yours should too.

Your order is guaranteed to be delivered.
Any delays in delivery will be communicated to you.

How Do I Track My Order ?

Once your order has been dispatched. You will receive tracking details that include both a tracking number and the courier details that will deliver your parcel.

How Are Customs And Import Taxes Handled ?

The customer is responsible for paying all customs charges and import duties. It is important that you find out more about the customs regulations of each country and inform your customers of these charges before placing an order to avoid unexpected costs.

Can I Cancel My Order ?

Yes, however only if it hasn’t been dispatched yet. If the order has been dispatched you will have to receive it and send it back at your own costs. Also note that cancelled orders due to you not wanting it carries a handling / cancellation fee.

How Do I Change My Delivery Address ?

You need to contact our support team before the order is dispatch, once the order has been dispatched an additional delivery fee will be charged to change the address.

Warranty and Returns

Does BAXIN Items Have Warranty?

Yes, all RC Toys, RC Vehicles, RC Robots and Musical Instruments carry a 12 months limited warranty and cannot be extended. Please see our Returns and Warranty Policy for more details.

What Happens If I Don't Receive My Order ?

If your order is lost, damaged or stolen, we will either send you a replacement order or we will refund the full order to you. It’s at our sole discretion to choose whether to replace or refund the order.

I Received a Broken Item ?

If your item arrives damaged or is not working, please follow the warranty process and contact our Support Center for RMA authorization within 7 days of the order being received.

I Want to Return a Product ?

Please send a mail to [email protected] stating what you want to return and why. Please do this within 30 days of the order being received or you will void the refund option and can only opt for a replacement if the items are faulty. Please see our Returns and Warranty Policy for more details.
