Important reminder:
The AG63 module supports 2-14S battery power supply, but the normal working voltage of the aircraft’s brake wheel is 7-12V. How to Install:
The AG63 correction gyroscope supports six-way installation, which can either make the bottom surface of the gyroscope parallel to the bottom plane of the model airplane (label face up or down), or make the gyroscope label. Any one of the four arrow on the top is perpendicular to the model. Installation on the bottom plane of the aircraft. Use a double-sided tape to reliably fix the gyroscope on the model airplane. In addition, the gyroscope should not be installed close to the motor or engine.
Set Steering Wheel Direction:
After the AG63 correction gyroscope is connected and installed, power on the model aircraft and operate the remote control to lower the landing gear. The red and blue lights of the gyroscope will flash rapidly at the same time, indicating that the gyroscope is being initialized. The direction joystick of the remote control. After the gyroscope is initialized, the blue light and red light are always on or flashing briefly. When the blue light is always on, turn the direction rocker of the remote control to check whether the direction of the front steering wheel is correct, that is, when the direction rocker is turned to the left, the front steering wheel should turn to the left. If it is not correct, please reverse the steering channel on the remote control. Note that if the blue light flashes shortly after the gyroscope is initialized, and the front wheel does not rotate when you turn the direction joystick of the remote control, it means that the gyroscope thinks the landing gear has been stowed, and you need to let the gyroscope execute the second direction automatically. The adaptation function (see below for the method) enables the gyroscope to correctly recognize the landing gear control signal before setting the steering wheel direction.
Automatic Adaptation of Direction:
The new installation connection is completed or the installation direction is adjusted, and the direction of the steering signal channel on the remote control is adjusted. The direction of the landing gear control signal channel is forward and reverse, and the AG63 correction gyroscope must perform an automatic direction adaptation function before it can be used. The gyroscope is operating correctly.
Power on the model aircraft, operate the remote control to lower the landing gear, and keep the model aircraft standing still horizontally, and then within one minute after the initialization of the AG63 correction gyroscope is completed, quickly move the remote control direction joystick left and right full stroke, left and right. 5 times or more (10 times or more in total), finally let the direction stick stop at the left full rudder, keep it still, the blue light and red light of the gyroscope will flash alternately, indicating that the gyroscope has started to adapt its direction automatically. Note that more than one minute after the initialization of the gyroscope is completed, no matter how you move the direction joystick, the automatic direction adaptation function will not be activated!
If the automatic adaptation still does not start after correct operation according to the above method, please temporarily increase the stroke of the steering signal channel on the remote control to 100%, and perform automatic adaptation again. After the automatic adaptation is completed, restore the stroke of the steering signal channel to the original setting.
The automatic adaptation ends after 3~5 seconds, and the gyroscope can be used normally. If the gyroscope and the blue light flash alternately and quickly, the automatic adaptation cannot be completed. Please check whether the model aircraft is standing horizontally, or whether the gyroscope is installed correctly in the direction described in the installation section above.
Special Function:
When you lift or flip the model aircraft over 40°, the AG63 correction gyroscope will stop correction work after two seconds, which is convenient for you to observe and adjust the mechanical position of the front steering wheel.
When you retract the landing gear of the model aircraft, the AG63 correction gyroscope will immediately stop the correction work: when you put down the landing gear of the model aircraft, the AG63 correction gyroscope will start the correction after a delay of 5 seconds.
When you activate the electromagnetic brake for more than 1 minute without turning it off, the AG63 gyroscope will automatically turn off the brake to prevent the electromagnetic coil in the brake from overheating.
If the brake power voltage is higher than 12V, the brake output voltage is 12V. If the brake power voltage is lower than 12V, the brake output voltage remains the same as the brake power voltage.
