1. Using 32-bit ARM processor, small size, fast running speed and light weight.

2. Accuracy of throttle acquisition is high, and throttle linearity is good.

3. With the functions of synchronous rectification, active braking, and energy recovery, it is more energy-efficient than ordinary ESCs of the same level.

4. It supports and automatically recognizes ordinary remote control signals, and the throttle stroke can be set to be compatible with different remote controls.

5. The motor has good compatibility and can adapt to most motors on the market.

6. The supporting programming card realizes multi-function integration, specially tailored for fixed-wing aircraft, with complete independent intellectual property rights, and the products can be continuously upgraded and updated.

Specifications

1. The output power of the ESC is 100A.

2. The peak current is 120A.

3. The number of lithium batteries supported is 2~6S.

4. Support BEC output, 5-8V/10A BEC programming card is adjustable.

5. The output PWM frequency is 8-32KHz, and the frequency is adjustable by the programming card.

6. The throttle range of ordinary remote control signal is 900us~2400us.

7. The highest supported speed is: 300,000 revolutions (2 poles), 100,000 revolutions (6 poles), 50,000 revolutions (12 poles).

8. Weight 116g.

9. Size 65*38*20mm.

10. When an error occurs during the operation of the controller, a sound will be emitted on the motor. The fault will not be saved, the error will cause the shutdown, and the fault alarm will be cleared after the power is turned off and reset

Instructions

1. Throttle stroke setting

The first time you use the new remote control, you need to set the throttle range. After you set it, you don’t need to set the throttle range. Setting method: turn on the remote control, turn on the throttle to the highest point, connect the battery to the ESC, the motor will beep ‘?7?8 123’, indicating that the power is normal, and then the ESC will detect the number of batteries, just a few batteries There will be a few beeps. If the throttle value is higher than 1800us at this time, the ESC enters the throttle range setting mode and emits a beep-beep-beep sound. After two beeps, pull the throttle to the lowest point, etc. Wait for the motor to emit a ‘beep-beep-beep’ sound. Then the throttle stroke of the motor is set, and it emits two beeps, and it enters the state of waiting for start.

2. Remote control setting brake

Put the throttle in the middle position, and then power on the ESC. After a series of beeps complete, enter the setting when an uninterrupted monophonic cycle appears, and then pull the joystick to the high position (indicating that the brake is turned on), and pull it to Low position (indicating that the brake is turned off) and stay, then a series of beeps are completed, the function setting is completed, and then the remote lever is pulled down, 2 short beeps confirm the sound and enter standby, then the motor of the remote lever starts to rotate

3. Normal boot process

Connect the ESC according to the connection diagram, push the remote control stick to the lowest throttle position, switch on the remote control power, and then switch on the battery power. The motor beeps ‘?7?8 123’, indicating that the power is normal. Then the ESC will detect the number of battery cells, several batteries will make a few beeps, and then make two beeps, and enter the standby state. At this time, push the throttle stick to start the motor.

4. Standby sound:

After entering the standby state for 20 seconds, the ESC will emit a standby tone ‘di-du-di’

Beeps every 5 seconds to remind the user that the battery is currently connected, this status will not affect the user’s use

Failure analysis

1 beep: Low voltage protection has occurred

2 beeps: Overheat protection has occurred

3 beeps: signal loss occurs

Di~di~di~di~4 beeps: Failed to start

When an error occurs during the operation of the controller, a sound will be emitted on the motor. The fault will not be saved, the error will cause the shutdown, and the fault alarm will be cleared after the power is reset and reset.

Safety instructions

Due to the powerful power of the brushless power system, incorrect use may cause personal injury and equipment damage. Please follow the instructions for safe operation.

1. Do not operate for a long time in the battery undervoltage state, which will affect the service life of the battery and reduce the efficiency of the governor.

2. Do not operate for a long time after the governor is overheated, otherwise it is easy to cause damage to the MOS tube and damage the governor.

3. Please pay attention to the state of the motor, do not continue to operate the motor when the motor is stuck by foreign objects, otherwise the service life of the motor and the governor will be reduced.

4. Do not put the governor in an overvoltage state, otherwise it will affect the service life of the governor

5. When connecting the power supply, make sure that no objects are within the propeller rotation range.

6. To ensure that there is no danger, use the speed regulator.

7. The damaged regulator (such as broken or damaged due to reversed electrode connection or damp) must not be used again. Otherwise it will cause malfunction or fail to achieve the purpose.

8. The ESC can only be powered by a battery, and cannot be powered by a power supply device.

Precautions:

1. If the direction of rotation of the motor is wrong, any two wires of the three wires of the motor can be exchanged.

2. Only use clean and tight metal connectors to connect the motor and battery. It is best to use a connector of 5.5m/6mm PK specification. Pay attention to the positive and negative poles of the battery connector and do not connect them reversely. Replace oxidized or loose plugs or sockets, because only tight connection devices can ensure high current and protect the speed controller from high voltage hazards and interference.

Note: Reverse connection of the positive and negative poles of the battery will cause serious damage, and the company does not guarantee it.

3. If there are screams or other abnormal sounds during acceleration, the timing should be increased. If the timing cannot be improved by increasing the angle to 30°, then your motor will be overloaded. At this time, use a smaller propeller or lower the voltage, or replace with a better performance motor. If you hear two repeated beeps when the motor stops working, it means that the battery voltage has fallen below the set value. The cut-off voltage of each battery can be adjusted to 2.9V or 3.0V. If it does not improve, then the battery may be dead or insufficiently discharged. It may also be that the cable is too long, too thin, or the connector is faulty.

4. Between the brake and the motor starting point, the throttle lever needs to have a small swing space. You can extend the throttle stick position by 2 scale dents or fine-tune it to a high place, but it is not enough to refuel.

5. If it is not set to automatic timing, please refer to the following guide for setting.

Inner rotor 0 to 12°

Outer rotor 18 to 30°

If your motor manufacturer has recommended motor timing recommendations, it is best to follow the timing guidelines given. Basic rules: the greater the timing, the greater the number of revolutions per minute and the greater the power at full throttle.

The following are the parameters set by default.

-Turn off the brake

-Freewheeling Close

-PWM frequency = 16 kHz

-Starting power = 30%

-Low voltage protection = slow shutdown
